Auto‑Renewing Subscriptions

• Subscribed users have unlimited access to app translation services including speech‑to‑text recognition, translating and text‑to‑speech.
• Unsubscribed users can use those services with a limited daily quota.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Google/Huawei account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the renewal cost.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto‑renewal may be turned off in the user’s account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Yen Nguyen Kim system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Access, tamper with, or use non‑public areas of Yen Nguyen Kim systems or technical delivery systems of Yen Nguyen Kim providers;
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used to provide services;
• Interfere with access of any user, host, or network, including sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail‑bombing;
• Access or search Yen Nguyen Kim or download intellectual property using automated tools (spiders, robots, crawlers, data‑mining tools) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
• Plant malware or use Yen Nguyen Kim to distribute malware;
• Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
• Send altered, deceptive or false source‑identifying information (spoofing, phishing);
• Post or transmit anything fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights;
• Impersonate or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity;
• Violate the privacy of others;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
